The Opportunity

As an Associate Talent Partner you will begin your training by working closely with our Senior Talent Partners and managers to learn the “basics” of recruitment, focusing on attracting and sourcing candidates within our industries and job roles including Creative & Design, Digital, PR & Marketing and Tech. One of the many benefits of working for a market leader is the diverse range of organisations that you will have exposure to from innovative start-ups to globally respected brands.

Once you have learned how to find and build relationships with those precious candidates then you will graduate to begin learning the 360 recruitment process from start to finish, through a combination of structured learning and on-the-job training; from sourcing and interviewing candidates, meeting with clients to discuss their business needs, taking job briefs and managing the interview process, through to making placements!

You will receive 1:1 training tailored to your market and regular updates on industry news and trends, setting you well on your way to building a successful career as a specialist Talent Partner.

We’re looking for positive people who are articulate (both verbally and in writing), enthusiastic, highly motivated, brave, hard-working and commercially savvy.

You’ll need to be a quick learner, demonstrate initiative and be hyper curious, with a genuine passion for the creative, digital and communications industries.

We are ideally looking for candidates who have skills which are transferrable into recruitment i.e. sales, marketing, telesales, PR and want people who are clear on why they want to get into recruitment – it’s an exciting but tough industry which isn’t suited to everyone so give it some serious thought before applying
